What you're buying
Our guides are digital PDF downloads delivered instantly after purchase through our checkout partner, Stripe. Your purchase is for personal and family use — you're welcome to print pages and share your copy within your household. Please don't resell, redistribute, or republish the guides.
Download access
After purchase you're taken to a download page with your files. Bookmark it — you can come back any time to download again, with no limit. The files are yours to keep forever. Lost the link? Email us and we'll get you your files.
Refunds
If something is wrong with your order — a broken file, a duplicate charge, or the guide simply isn't what you expected — email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
Accuracy and updates
We work to keep information current and verify facts against official sources, but programs, laws, and figures change. Always confirm important details with the official source (Medicare.gov, SSA.gov, IRS.gov) or a licensed professional before acting.
